An inclusive mental health collective.
My approach
In my practice, I value working as collaborative partners where we exchange the role of expert and learner. I approach my work with curiosity and am excited to learn and better understand you wholly.
COUNSELLING is a confidential process to support you in addressing a concern, reaching a greater understanding of yourself, setting a goal, and allowing the learning of healthier coping strategies to support creating positive outcomes in your life. Individual or couples counselling involves a relationship between client and a counsellor. Together, we work collaboratively to help explore what’s currently of concern or in need of adjustment. This collaboration supports better understanding of unmanageable situations and discomfort, and shifts movement to a healthier balance.
Counselling can be a wonderful and successful method of gaining: personal and interpersonal skills, developing healthier coping strategies, self-discovery, improved self-esteem, assertiveness and self-efficacy. You may experience positive changes such as lowered stress and decreased discontentment, improved relationships and a general sense of well-being, decreased fatigue and increased problem-solving skills.
